School bells!

School is back in session! Harlow was so very excited to start preschool again! She was a bit sad her siblings started the day before her and was a little lonely that morning without them. She’ll be rocking her class as the only girl again- if anyone can handle it, it’s her 😁!  Her one wish is that school was every day!

Carter is a 1st grader! He’s so ready for more reading this year and excited to start AR! Kindergarten was an adjustment and we are excited for him to spread his wings, not having Harper to rely on in the same hallway!

Harper transferred to the upper elementary hallway! She’s ready to be back in the same hallway as Lyv and Addie! The biggest challenge is figuring out a locker combination!

We are so proud of the kids they’ve become and can’t wait to see how they grow this year!

Harper is 10!

This has to be the fastest decade possible! Harper is such a big helper! She loves to help with her cousins, make supper, bake! She is the sweetest and most heartfelt person. She is always thinking of others and how to please everyone!

For her birthday, we invited some extra friends camping! She had lots of fun and loved showing them the ropes! The girls had lots of fun at the visitors center!

She was so sweet to remember that it was also Tyler and
I’s anniversary.  She made a secret trip with grandma to get decorations! She cleaned and decorated the camper and was sure that grandma made us our own dessert!  She is always thinking of others and has a heart of gold!

Cousin pictures!

Here is just a collection of all the cute pictures that have to be shared! We love our family, cousin time is the best time ❤️!

Vacation!

We made our way to Colorado for our vacation this summer!  We of course wanted  to see Collins(kels & kearney too), so that’s where we went!

We’ve always talked about stopping at Lake McConaughy, so took the time to stop there! The kids loved it! It was a very windy day, so they loved playing in the waves! The wind also lended itself to sand everywhere- especially in the car, just from having the doors open to get in and out!

We will definitely be stopping again on our way out to Colorado!

The boys made their way to a Rockies game! Carter of course loved it! Us girls enjoyed shopping! We spent a day at the water park- man was it busy! We didn’t get to go on quite as many rides as we wanted, but had fun doing the ones we did!

We made out way to Estes Park and spent the afternoon in Rocky National Park!  The kids have a love for hiking, especially rocky areas! Mom isn’t quite a fan, and at one point had to give a lecture, but they still had lots of fun!

We took the unpaved road to the top of the mountain! Harper was a little nerved out looking over the side on our way up, but we had fun!

We staying at a lodge overnight that had a river running by! The kids had lots of fun!

We hit an activity center in Estes for the kids! They had a blast and got to do lots of different things!

They decided we need a ball for Nana and Papa’s pool!

We enjoyed our week away and our time with the Lackas’!
