Harper- she remains our big helper! Tyler says he would be lost without her in the mornings on the days he works (he’s been back in the office since the middle of January). She’s still our early riser and always the morning person! She’s grown so much and is putting holes in all her knees :). Her last report card was pretty impressive- she’s a great student! They finally got to make masks optional at school this week! She loves to bake and help in the kitchen. Nana got a puppy and Harper has loved helping with Luna!
Carter- He remains the basketball guru! He was quite excited to be able to go to a few Tiger games and he got to do basketball camp with Braxton. When he’s not playing basketball, he’s watching basketball games- live or old- he doesn’t care! He got a great report at parent- teacher conferences. He’s our numbers man- he can identify most numbers up to 1,000 easily. He can count 6’s, add and subtract- it’s rather amazing what he can do, and it’s not that he’s great because we have worked with him, he just gets it! He started sounding out words and is shaping up to be a good little reader!
Harlow- She’s the spicy one of the crew! She’s as independent as they come! There isn’t anything that she doesn’t think she can do and she has quite the determination! They had dentist appointments this week, she told me I had to wait in the waiting room and couldn’t stay with her. What?!?! We compromised and I could stay in the room, but couldn’t watch her. She’s all about babies and keeps us on our toes!
She was finally able to get her ears pierced a couple weeks ago! She didn’t even shed a tear! It was no big thing! She is loving her new look!
We are all anxious for the weather to stay nice! We are loving the new house but the mess of a yard is going to be a challenge! We will all be happy to have grass at some point!
Tyler and I were able to get away for a couple days in February and go to Florida with friends! We had a great time and definitely enjoyed the sun and warm weather!
