Last weekend, we had a much anticipated weekend for the kids but especially Harper! We spent the weekend wedding dress shopping for Kendyl, along with fun in a hotel! We were all so excited when she said “yes to the dress” and know she will look so pretty walking down the aisle! The kids are pretty anxious for December to roll around! Harper was sure to make her opinion on dresses be known! Her and Harlow were bummed they didn’t get to try many dresses on, but she loves looking at dresses on my phone!
Aunt Kels flew in for the weekend, so a hotel stay was a must! The kids spent hours in the pool and still wanted more! They are definitely pool rats! They are excited for our next hotel stay- hopefully state basketball!
They also had a great time at Cabela’s!
Harlow wore her swimming suit all week prior to our weekend fun and keeps wondering when we can go swimming again! We will certainly be getting our use out of the new pool in Osmond! We can’t wait!
Our January was filled with lots of basketball! Basketball at home and basketball watching! Carter’s love of basketball is a strong as ever and heaven forbid we miss a game of the tigers! He’s constantly trying to talk someone into playing a game with him at home in the dining room. If he isn’t shooting, you can find him laying on the living room floor playing a game with his basketball guys or watching a game on TV, even if it’s from 5 years ago. One requirement however, is that the score be on the bottom of the screen!
