Nailed it!

We’ve had quite accomplished girls this week!  Harlow has mastered walking! She is now walking all over the place! When she falls, she gets right back up! She loves to bring you her shoes! She also really loves climbing up on stuff...step stools, Carter’s bed. 



Harper is now a tennis shoes tier! With the help of left-handed Papa and Nana, she aced it in no time! It’s so heartwarming to see her learn new things and be so excited and proud about them! Our little girl is growing up (insert Mom tears)! 

Camping fun!

We spent most of last week at the river, we had a great time and the kids had an even better time! They absolutely love camping and all that comes along with it- bike rides, bug catching, beach afternoons, best friends!

Both Harper and Carter got to experience their first time tubing and loved it!  Harper’s pretty sure we need a boat now!  We enjoyed the daily boat rides- it helps to have good connections! Harlow got her first boat ride too but I failed to take any pictures! It was well beyond her bedtime but she was not about to close her eyes! 

Harlow celebrated her 1st birthday at the lake and Kelly was so sweet to make cupcakes and get ice cream to celebrate! We are blessed with a camping crew that loves helping with our kids and treats them like their own! 

1 year old!

How can our sweet little lady be 1 year old already?!? It has seriously been the fastest year yet! She is such a joy to everyone! She had a fun week celebrating at the river! 

She now has 5 chompers that she loves to eat with! She is a great eater, who knows what she wants on her plate! We learned not to give her the favorites first! 

She is getting so close to walking! It won’t be long and she will be on the go! Her brother and sister love to see if she will walk to them!  She loves to say “hi” to anyone she passes and is getting pretty good a shaking her head “no” when she doesn’t want something! 

She is sleeping through the night!!! Big plus for mom! Unfortunately for her, her crib remains in the living room but she doesn’t seem to mind!

She absolutely loves the pool! She certainly takes after her brother and sister and loves everything water! 

She is such a joy and it is so fun to see how her brother and sister react to her! Harper is such a great helper and loves helping feed her or get her out of her bed (eeek!)! She is so sweet with her! Carter loves her so much but can get a little rough at times! She’s gonna be a tough one! 

Grandma Ingrid didn’t disappoint with the birthday cakes! Harlow was a huge fan of her cake! We had a great combined party for the two of them!
