Boys State Basketball!

The beginning of March, we had a fun little get away! Carter’s beloved Osmond Tigers made it to state! Of course we had to make the trip to Lincoln to watch our tigers! While we couldn’t pull out a win, we had a great time watching!

Aunt Kelsey and Aunt Kendyl helped make the adorable tutu’s for the girls!  Carter has been a huge fan of Keaton and the Osmond Tigers! Keaton is Tucker’s brother and is quite the idol for our little basketball loving man. He insisted we hang the picture from the paper up!

We spent the night in a hotel and got some swimming time in- Harper was so excited to be able to swim again! On Friday, we hit a really fun indoor playground area! It was neat to go somewhere they never have before!

I had quite a quiet ride home, everyone was worn out after those 2 fun filled days! Hopefully next time the Tigers can win!

8 months...and 1 week

What a busy few weeks it has been in our household! I finally got the official 8 month sticker out to take her picture today.

She clearly was not interested in my picture taking today!  It’s been a rough few weeks for Harlow- getting her first tooth, fevers, runny noses and coughs. Let’s just say that all that sickness has made for a spoiled little girly! For the last 4 or 5 days, if Mom isn’t within arms reach, she’s been crying!

With all her sickness, she hadn’t been much into baby food but that has since changed! She got her first experience with “squeezes” this weekend and loved them! She is all about puffs and she’ll be hollering if she wants something that you are eating! We haven’t  ventured too far into table food yet.

She’s getting pretty good a pushing herself backwards, she tries to get up on her knees but usually manages to slide back before she can get on her knees.  I’m sure she will be crawling in no time, which is really going to put a damper on things for her older siblings- of whom she’s finding quite funny lately. She’s gotten especially good at pulling Harper’s hair!

Our two sweeties had matching dresses today- courtesy of Aunt Kelsey!

She’s started having this cheesy grin on her face! Such a little hammy!

Love her baby blues!
