2 weeks old!

Our precious Baby Harlow is already 2 weeks old! So far, I think we've mastered the transition from 2 to 3 kids...most days at least! ;)  All 3 kids have adjusted very well!  

Harper is a great help! She gets us what we need if arms are full and loves to hold and talk to her baby sister! 

Carter has done really well also! He loves to hold her, and he loves all her baby gear! He's been caught climbing in the rock and play a couple times with her...yikes!  He's always concerned about where 'baby sister' is! And he always makes sure she has her birk around! 

Harlow has been a pretty easy baby thus far! She has been a great sleeper- usually waking just between 3:00 and 4:00 to eat! We can't complain one bit! She seems to love having baths and getting lotion applied! She's a great eater and not so great burper! The past few days she has spent more time awake and loves being talked to! We love our sweet Harlow to pieces!

Welcome Harlow Rae!!!

On the 4th of July, we welcomed Miss Harlow Rae into the family at 7:36 am! She weighed 8 pounds 6 ounces and is 21 1/4 inches long! What a fun birthday she will have! 

We got to the hospital at 4 in the morning that day, my contractions were about 5 minutes apart then- I was 4 cm at that point. Things progressed from there and 25 minutes after my water broke, we welcomed her into the world! She was sunny side up but luckily rotated right before coming out! We had a great labor experience and loved our midwife! We would recommend her to anyone! 

Harper and Carter were so excited to meet her! Harper was a bit uneasy at the hospital, but that has quickly changed since being home. Carter had been all about his baby sister since the get go! They are both so good with her! They are constantly wanting to hold her!
