A couple of our fave's!!!

Harper got to go camping this last weekend! She had so much fun! We are so thankful she has cousins to do these fun things with- and their parents that don't mind taking her! She had a blast and can't wait to go back! 

 

 

Of course they both love Jack- the puppy! They love going to see him! 

Another favorite lately is the movie Moana! I'm pretty sure Harper has it memorized now! She got the sound track for Easter and if she is in her room, the cd is playing. Carter asks for Moana atleast 3 times a day. He loves the music and also tries to sing along! 

Carter loves doing "the wheels on the bus" and this little piggy. We can randomly catch him counting to 10 and will attempt his ABC's with his toys that say them. He's getting so smart! 

Busy bees!

Carter has gotten lots of trips to see cows lately! We may have even used cows as a bribery for sitting at his haircut :) which still remained a challenge! He loves cows, always asking to go see cows or pointing them out- he's got quite the eye for cows!  

He has also been all about "the wheels on the bus". Any chance he gets, he loves to sing and do the actions of the song! He always seems to find someone who will turn the videos on on their phone!   

The kids have loved being outside now that the weather is getting nice! Carter loves swinging! Harper loves riding her bike! They both love walks and trips to the park!  

 

 

We had some bird nests along the house that Harper really got a kick out of! Every day, her and daddy would have to get the ladder out and check them out! They even fed the babies a worm one day! 

Carter's vocabulary has grown and grown! His favorites lately have been "I do it" and "I first"- that one gets thrown in Harper's face plenty :) 

 

 

They both seem excited about the baby! Carter is hard to tell, but he loves giving my belly kisses! Harper is already attached to the baby! She is always asking if the baby is moving or commenting about how the baby probably doesn't like something. She loves to talk to the baby and feel her move! She has loved helping get all the baby stuff back out and the cute outfits! She has come up with quite the names- her go to is usually Flower :) 

 

I continue to feel good, most of the time. I won't lie, it's a bit more challenging when you have two others to chase around! It's hard to believe we are just 7ish weeks away from meeting this new baby!  Carter got himself a big boy bed to try so the crib can get handed down yet again!   

 

They do get along most of the time! We are blessed with such great kids! 

Celebrate!

We've had quite a busy month so far in May!  We've celebrated graduations, weddings, so much fun! Our beloved Kendyl graduated as salutatorian in her class! We are so proud of her but definitely not ready for August when she will leave us for college!  

This last weekend, we celebrated a cousin of Tiffany's wedding! The kids had so much fun! Harper was so tired the night of, that she only lasted one dance before she mad herself a bed on the chairs!  Carter has quite the dance moves! Of course, we had to hit the pool at the hotel! Our kids certainly love water of any kind- we are anxiously awaiting warm weather for the pool to open! 

  

While we were in Omaha, we hit up a dinosaur exhibit! 

    

Angel Gaga

Today, we said goodbye to a very special grandma and great grandma. Gaga passed away on Thursday, April 27th.  She had been sick for a few weeks and battling lots of pain lately so she is in a much better place now with no more suffering! But despite knowing that, our hearts are aching greatly. Gaga loved Harper, Carter and this new baby girl more then anything in the world. They were truly the light of her life. I always loved to see the look on her face when the kids were around- pure joy! 

We will miss her more then anything! She was certainly a "one of a kind" Gaga. We are so blessed that our kids have the extent of great- grandparents that they do! They are certainly loved by so many!
