Walker!!!
Over the last two weeks, Carter has become pretty confident in his walking ability! He looks like such a teeny man walking all over! He's still working on going from sitting to standing without having to hold onto something but I'm sure in the next week that won't be a problem!

Picture time!
The kids had their pictures taken last month and we are in love! They are so photogenic for an actual photographer but not mom!
Here are a few of our favorites! Can't believe how much they have changed.

Harper concerns!
It's so funny to see the way kids interpret things. We only have a crawl space and when Harper and I were talking about going down there- I said we will only go if it storms really bad and there is a tornado. She has been very concerned about a 'potato storm' coming and frequently asks if there will be one!
Up until this last weekend, there was a bush outside her window that would scratch the window. One night Tucker made the comment that it was a bat jokingly. Ever since, Harper talks about her 'bat friend' and how it 'squeek, squeek, squeeks'. She was worried the other day because her bat friend hasn't been around for a few days (we had some pretty calm days)! Such a cute girl!

Colorado Vaca!!
We went to Colorado to see aunt Kels and uncle Kearney over the 4th! The kids did great on the drive to and from, which I may or may not have been dreading!
We stayed plenty busy while is Colorado! We hit an aquarium that had mermaids! Harper loved the mermaids! Carter was pretty fond of the fish as well!
We did a little shopping of course, and found a neat water feature at the mall! Harper had to make a wish!
We couldn't make a trip to Colorado without going into the mountains!
Thankfully, Kelsey and Kearney just live about an hour from Estes Park! Harper loved going on hikes on our way up the mountain!
She was so excited to find snow again!
The last day, Tyler and Kearney went skydiving!!! We enjoyed the afternoon at a lake, it ended up sprinkling and was a little chilly, but the kids didn't mind one bit!
Carter also got to try his first corn on the cob! He loved it!
Carter's first hair cut!
Carter had his first hair cut last week! He did a great job! I had good intentions of attempting it myself, but after seeing a professional do it- I'm glad I didn't!
He was all over in my lap! It took some patience, but we got it done! He looks so much older now!
