Osmond Q125!!!
This past weekend we celebrated Osmond's 125th birthday all weekend!! It was quite the celebration! Harper unfortunately came down with a fever on Thursday and it continued on and off all weekend. We still had lots of fun and ended up getting a ton of candy from the 2 hour parade!

First check up!
Carter had his first check up with Dr. Gebhardt. He weighed 8 pounds 8 ounces!! Dr was quite impressed :) everything looked great, minus that he has a broken left collar bone. The Dr. called after his X-ray and said that it looks like it's healing great already. We don't have to take any special precautions with it.
Harper has certainly grown a liking to her brother! She was camping all weekend, so didn't get home until Sunday afternoon. She has asked to hold him multiple times and talks to him in the cutest voice!
We went for our first walk tonight! Carter was awake the entire time! He sure seemed to like it!

Carter Paul Gansebom
Our little man finally decided to make his appearance on Friday, June 19th!!! I started having regular contractions at 2am, at 7 we decided to go to the hospital and Carter was born at 7:51am- he almost didn't want to wait for Dr. Vrbicky! It was definitely a rush at the hospital once we arrived and realized how far along I was! Delivery went smooth and quick- thank goodness. I hadn't decided beforehand if I would get an epidural or not but clearly he didn't think I needed one! We have a healthy, handsome baby boy and couldn't be happier!!!
Carter Paul topped the scale at 8 pounds 1 ounce and 21 inches long, almost tying his big sister. Harper was 8 pounds 2 1/4 pounds and 21 1/2 inches at birth.
Holding our little man for the first time!
Harper wasn't so sure what she thought of Carter. She was very timid and shy meeting him- not quite what we expected from her.
Harper got to push the button that plays the lullaby throughout the hospital!
Everything went great so we brought little man home on Saturday!
Harper came home from camping today- so we are just getting settled as a family of four! What a perfect day for Father's Day! Harper and Carter are soo lucky to have Tyler as their daddy! I couldn't ask for anyone better to raise two beautiful kids with!! We also have two wonderful grandpas and a great grandpa to celebrate today!!

Almost 39 weeks!!
We enjoyed what I hope is our last weekend as a family of 3, or at least 2nd to last weekend! Harper loves being outside and playing in the water so she played with her water table Saturday and today.
Today we hit the pool- she was so excited to go but after an hour had had enough. She is such a fish! She loves the pool and slides! Of course she always wants to go on the big slides that she isn't allowed to!
Tonight we ended with walk! She picked out her clothes because of course she was already in her jams- oddly enough she picked out a tank top and capris (she usually goes for skirts :) when I asked her why she picked capris she told me so that she doesn't get an owwie! She's had lots of skinned knees lately on our walks- so I guess it made perfect sense to her! It amazes us what she comes up with :)
