Getting so big!

Harper's personality is coming through more and more each day. She is just so fun to be around and is constantly amazing us at what she knows!

She's got quite a few body parts down and we are working on animal sounds! She is a very polite little lady. She has been saying 'thank you' for quite awhile but has started to say 'bless you' with a sneeze and occasionally 'welcome' when we say thank you. We are still working on please :)

She is getting pretty good a folding her hands in church, even if it is for 2 seconds! She copied an 'Amen' after Pastor the other day! She is constantly melting my heart, makes me wish we could pause time for just a bit!

This was her chasing daddy through the house yesterday saying 'i gitch you'. Of course she had to do it with blankets in tow. Her and daddy are two peas in a pod! I am certainly blessed!

Spring fever...

Spring fever has hit the Gansebom house. Unfortunately not in a good way. Our poor Harper has been fighting a fever the past few days. After a cough and runny nose we took her in today and she has yet another virus :( poor kid just seems to get hit with them every few months. On the bright side, today was finally a beautiful spring day outside so we did go on a few short walks! We definitely have an outdoorsy girl on our hands.

Harper also had her 18 month check up about a week ago. Still hard to believe she is 18 months old, but she is growing right on track! Her weight was 23.3 lbs (35%) and her height is 32.8 in (82%).

Praying this illness doesn't keep her down much longer! Thank goodness we have flexible jobs and grandma's close by!
